The internal environment of a building - be it a factory, hospital, office or theatre - is critical to the performance, physical well-being and comfort of its occupants.

A building's engineering services -and principally its mechanical and electrical installations - contribute to the functional performance of the building itself and of the people in it. Engineering services systems can range from the simple to the sophisticated, and can give rise to considerable variance in a building's environment.

By concentrating upon creating an environment conducive to high performance, a tangible link can be established between efficient building services, staff productivity and business profitability or operational effectiveness.

Serving the built environment: comfort, safety and efficiency

Building services installations account for 20 - 40 % of the total building cost. Anergy is glad to be part of this essential services industry, making buildings more safe, more livable - and intelligent.

Anergy’s Controls restore faulty BMS system at American Consulate, Chennai

American Consulate in Chennai had a BMS system which failed often and access for manual operation was not always feasible in certain critical areas.

Anergy devised a customized solution. The CHW valves in critical areas were replaced with Anergy valves. A special controller was designed with two distinct modes of operation. When BMS was operational, the CHW valves operated with the help of signal from BMS. When BMS failed, the controller would operate the CHW valves with signal from its own temperature sensor.

This solved their problems perfectly.

Anergy now capable of providing customized control solutions

Glaxo Smithkline Laboratories, Sonepat had a unique control requirement in their Accelerated Room. They needed to control, display and log accurately high temperature and high humidity for testing of food products using strip-heaters and multi-stage pan humidifier.

Anergy designed a customized controller for them. It had indication data logging, communication facilities and analog outputs. Based on analog outputs, the step-controller provided multiple digital outputs for heater and humidifier in pre-defined steps. This controller has the capability to display and log the data at defined intervals. This data could be down loaded to a PC using RS 485 communication bus protocol. It facilitated viewing of the data on a PC and hard copies taken.

This system met their requirements of the customer perfectly.
