TR 1305 is a wall mounted Electronic Temperature Controller for operation of 2-pipe or 4-pipe fan coil units. It is also suitable for central plants and split systems without reversing valves. Once switched ON, fan runs continuously and its speed can be set in 3 steps. Mode of Operation, Heat/Fan Only/Cool can be selected by the mode switch.

The controller compares the linear voltage curve generated by NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor with that of voltage generated by an integral set-point potentiometer and operates an SPDT relay. Preset On/Off time-delays are incorporated for reliable and stable functioning of the system.
