TR 1306 is a wall mounted Electronic Temperature Controller for operation of 2-pipe fan coil units for cooling only applications. It is also suitable for central plants and split systems. Off/ Fan Only/Cool mode switch is used to select mode of operation. Once switched ON, fan runs continuously, except when switched OFF and its speed can be set in 3 steps.

The controller compares the linear voltage curve generated by NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor with that of voltage generated by an integral set-point potentiometer and operates an SPDT relay. Preset On/Off time-delays are incorporated for reliable and stable functioning of the system.
