On flush mounting box:
Assemble base unit and mounting plate and connect. Position housing cover and screw into place. Fit knob.

Wall mounting:
Assemble base unit without mounting plate and connect. Position housing cover and screw into place. Fit knob.

Mounting instructions are enclosed with the unit.
